Marcus Jackson earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Stanford University in 1995 and his Juris Doctorate from Stanford Law School in 1999. He is admitted to the State Bar of California. Mr. Jackson focuses his practice on employment litigation exclusively on behalf of Plaintiffs (including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, fraud, failure to accommodate disability and wage and hour claims) and currently lives in San Diego County. Mr. Jackson is a member of the State Bar of California’s Labor and Employment Law Section and Small Firm and Solo Practitioner Section. Additionally he is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California (“CAOC”) and has lectured at CAOC meetings on the topic of sexual harassment litigation.
