Stephen Danz and Associates P.C. headquartered in Los Angeles is a statewide practice that collaborates in a co-counsel capacity with attorneys working as independent contractors, who represent plaintiffs in employment cases throughout California. We are looking for co-counsel to represent hourly and managerial employees in all aspects of employment, including wrongful termination, whistleblowing, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation based on age, sex, race, national origin, Labor Code claims including PAGA, and more. We also review and negotiate Severance and Separation Agreements. You’ll be responsible for day to day handling of between 10-20 cases in your geographic area.
Acceptance of cases is at your discretion, and we can offer flexible terms from full contingency to hourly with a retainer. The firm pays all case expenses, and you will share in a generous percentage of the settlement.
You should have a minimum of three years of case-handling and litigation experience, be a member of the State Bar of California, and be proactive. Must carry your own Professional Liability Insurance and be able to show proof. This is a perfect opportunity to supplement your current practice and work out of your existing office.
